“O Lord GOD, thou hast begun to shew thy servant thy greatness, and thy mighty hand: for what God [is there] in heaven or in earth, that can do according to thy works, and according to thy might?” Deut. 3:24
God alone is God! No one and nothing can compare to Him! The races of men have made many “gods” but not one of them can do what our God can do! All the “gods” of men can only bring mortals down to dust and darkness in death. But this God…the God of Abraham Issac and Jacob…Jesus Christ, He is the God of the living! Those who trust Him may taste death but only so that resurrection will be all the sweeter!
Beloved rejoice! Your God calls to you “Arise!”

A-men!
Such peace! I will rise from my knees knowing He is God. The Heavenly God of all creation, of Abraham, Isaac and Jacob. The Jesus who rose so we may rise! Thank you for this powerful message and song. Worthy is the lamb! I hear the voices of many angels sing! He has called our name and we will rise with Him.
I can hardly wait for the day Tom! We shall see him face to face!
Beyond human thought what that will be like! “Even so, come quickly, Lord Jesus”
Oh may my eyes be fastened onto this hope every day that the images of this world would not hold my attention!

We died with Him and we rose to newness of life in Him and we now enjoy His abundance of life . . . but the time is coming, and coming soon, when we shall rise in a different sense; when we shall arise to meet Him in the air, and we shall ever be with Him. What a day! What rejoicing!
