Thank you, Pastor J and Melanie! 🙂
Last night the clouds looked like ripples in water, like the ocean was in the sky.
God bless you and all the ways you see Him each day!
Thanks Debbie! Here in New England we are not used to seeing the clouds like this! It is truly amazing and honestly a little scary to think of the power it is taking to make the clouds do this so regualrly in our part of the country!
A-men Ann! HE is truly great. Thanks for the song. Hopw do you get it to load like that? Every time I try to bring in a youtube clip all I get is the short cut without the cool picture.
I copy the details from the address bar on YouTube and paste on a line by itself in the reply box. I find it gets wonky otherwise.
Praying for safety for you and those in the path of the hurricane. The clouds look frightful and the news stations are pumping out story after panicky story but God still remains our refuge!
Blessings,
ann
Thanks for the info Ann! I will try this! Thanks too for praying. In the storm I am being still!
Hillsong – Still
“When the oceans rise and thunders roar
I will soar with You above the storm
Father You are King over the flood
I will be still and know You are God!”
Ps 19:1 “The heavens declare the glory of God”
and Luke 19:40 “I tell you that if these should hold their peace, the stones (and the clouds and all creation) would immediately cry out”
No one can deny the existence of a living God when viewing His creation.
From the comments I take it you are in the path of hurricane Irene?
My son lives in Lower Manhattan and was ordered to evacuate. He works for Bloombergs and they moved him to a hotel near the office. We are not concerned for his safety but we are keeping a watchful eye on events there and praying for all those affected. At this stage it appears Irene is weakening but is still dangerous.
Yes Angela we did go through Irene! I live in Northern MA and though it was nothing like what hit Manhattan or upstate New York our town had some downed lines and minor flooding.
Thank you, Pastor J and Melanie! 🙂

I forgot where you are at . . .and so am praying also for your protection and safety. Yes, the power behind those clouds can be scary too!
Thanks, Family J
