Some fun questions from Cee this week.
Are you a morning or night person?
I tend to be more of a midday person myself. The dogs get me up at 5:30 A.M. but I am seldom happy about it. Conversely, when I try to stay up until midnight my head usually goes numb by 10 P.M. and my speech is slurring once I get past 11.
What is your preferred hot drink: coffee, tea, water or other?
Oh, coffee is my drink of choice no doubt. The stronger the better. My sister sent me some yummy Dutch coffee. Can’t wait to get back to drinking that.
What was your favorite toy as a child . . . and now?
I loved those little plastic dinosaurs. I had a whole set that I would play pretend prehistory with. Other than that I didn’t play too much with toys. My sister had a lot of toys. I got mad at her once and went around the neighborhood selling them to the neighbors for candy money. It was a great plan until I got caught.
If you had a choice which would be your preference salt water beaches, fresh water lakes, hot tub, ski resort or desert?
I personally love the idea of a hot tub at the beach. It goes along well with my bucket list item of riding a horse in the surf.
A “mid-day” person, very clever, Pastor J!!
yes indeed Sis Caddo! And since it is midday I am up and at ’em! 🙂
Midday is the best of both worlds…. 🙂
indeed it is. Thanks for checking in! 🙂
I am loving you wanting a hot tub at the beach . .for after you ride the horse there. 🙂 You are good at organizing! God bless you and yours!
p.s. giggling about you selling your sister’s toys! My friends and I tried to go around the neighborhood selling rocks. I think toys might’ve gotten a better response. 🙂
I made a lot of money. Sad I had to return it all along with personal apologies when my Mom found out. 😦
Morning or night? definitely early morning – always has been, although until the last few years, I was early morning until late night and often, when really busy, stayed up all night and continued all the next day. Alas! age has crept up on me!
Toys? I never had toys as a child, but remember making daisy chains and pretending to ne queen of the buttercups and daisies. Now? well I love doing CRYPTIC crosswords (not ordinary ones) but now only have time when I drive hubby to the doctor or somewhere and wait for him in the car.
A fresh water lake please – in the mountains, with a waterfall and in a cool climate.
I’ll agree on the coffee, especially strong coffee – but it is usually too hot and humid for hot coffee, so it is either cold coffee and cold water with a dash of lemon juice.
I can’t believe you sold your sister’s toys!
Neither could my mother! 🙂
