Chapter charting can get difficult around the legal chapters of the Pentateuch. I sometimes get lost in the minutia of the law and fail to see the forest for the trees. Here is what I got out of today’s God-breathed chapters!
Deuteronomy chapter 14 sermon topics/titles:
1. Embrace Peculiar! Deut. 14:2
2. Who Likes Pygarg Anyway? Deut. 14:3-19
3. Truly Tithe:Deut. 14:22
Deuteronomy chapter 15 sermon topics/titles:
1. Is God a Capitalist: Deut. 15:1-11
2. Why We Cannot Wipe Out Poverty: Deut. 15:11
3. Are Your Ears Pierced? Deut: 15:12-18
Now tell me your three sermon topics or titles for these chapters! π
You are doing great, Pastor J! God bless you and keep you going!
THanks Deb! I shall!
“Truly Tithe” It’s our duty to tithe but if it is not from the heart what does it matter. The photo is very cute.
Deuteronomy 14
1. To be chosen above all others. Deut. 14:2
2. Does your tithe honor Him in His place of worship? Deut. 14:22-26
3. Reach out to the orphans and widows among you. Deut. 14:28-29
Deuteronomy 15
1.Your blessings come from His promises. Deut. 15:6
2. Blessings are meant to be shared. Deut. 15:13-14
3. Remember when you were redeemed. Deut. 15:15
Thanks for sharing, Debby
“3. Remember when you were redeemed. Deut. 15:15”
Holding this one close to my heart!
Blessings

Absolutely love Jesse Dixon. I’ve seen him in concert twice! Thanks for sharing Ann!
Remember When You Were redeemed! That is such an important topic. Too many of us forget where we have come from!
Blessings to you, Pastor J
We’re cheering you and Debby on from the sidelines π
I like your pierced ears π

Thanks Ann!
Thanks, Ann I have never heard Jesse Dixon before. That song says it all.
