Time to learn some new things about Pastor JE “Wrinkles” Lillie! Here are Cee Cee’s 4 questions for the week.
- Which do you prefer sweet or salty? Or both at the same time?
I like sweet and salty together. Auntie Ann’s Cinnamon Sugar pretzels or chocolate covered pretzels are wicked yummy (wicked yummy is a New England colloquialism for those of you who just lost the line)! - Have you finished/started anything new or creative? I started my second novel. The first is being edited by one of the artist writers in C.cada
- How do you want to be remembered? This song says it all
4. Name one thing you wish you could change about yourself. I wish I was more godly(that encompasses a lot of stuff). Thankfully I have realized that is not something I can change about myself it is God who makes the godly; So I stand on the promise that I am being conformed to the image of God’s Son by my faith. Sorry if that is a little heavier than what you were looking for but you did ask. 🙂
steve green’ songs really brought back good memories.
i love “the mission” too
no no no.. i’m not your age, im just in my early 30s (bloody young).
🙂
– grace and peace
I love Steve Green! I am glad the song spoke to you! Thanks for jumping in!
You are right, Pastor J, that song does say it all. Thanks for sharing it today. God bless you for all that you do.
Thanks Deb! May you be encouraged in your witness today!
wonderful answers…and we all need to walk closely in His footsteps so as to become more Godly in our lives….God-filled days and nights are what we each long for. such a lovely post….thanks
Thanks Kate! “God-filled days and nights are what we each long for.” That is such a true statement. Sometimes we just don’t realize it is what we are seeking!
Such a gorgeous song. May all behind us find us faithful to true selves. WOW!
Your answers were perfect and beautiful as always!!!
Thanks Cee! Thank you for this wonderful creative outlet you have given us!
Well, I loved learning about wicked yummy and have to agree that those items are. 🙂 And am so blessed about your 2nd novel started and your first being edited! Yes Lord! God bless you, Pastor J!
Thanks Deb! I hope I can have the first novel published before year’s end. Pray with me to that end!
I also prefer sweet and sour (not so much salty though).
Your second novel? Don’t forget to give us the details of your first one as soon as it is published!
Isn’t it amazing that the Creator God is changing us, conforming us into Christlikeness? Incredible! Yet, when we look back on our lives, we can see the evidence and we know that we are one day closer to the time we will be LIKE HIM. [1 John 3:2]
What an amazing God!
I stand constantly amazed at what He is doing in me! He truly is an amazing God!
No way!?! You’re on your second novel now?? I really need to keep plugging away on my first! 🙂
Then plug away sister! Remember C.cada is always open if you need a quiet space to write!
I like your heavy answer to number 4. Altho I actually think it not. But its where I often am midfully as well so I can relate so easy.
Its so awesome that we met. I must thank Cee for this.
And I shall thank her as well!
(*&*) smiling at you~
🙂
Inspiring answers Pastor J! I went to check that song and I found myself singing along with Steve Green 🙂
Praise God! I am glad I could make you sing!
