Week eight of my life and times through Cee Cee! Thanks for these great revealing questions Cee!
- If you were having difficulty on an important test and could safely cheat by looking at someone else’s paper, would you do so?
I would like to say “no! I would never cheat!” By the power of Jesus I would stand firm in that word. I have however lived long enough to know that you can never tell what you would do until you are in the situation. It’s easy to criticize the lobster for thrashing until you’re the one head down in the pot!
- Since adolescence, in what three-year period do you feel you experienced the most personal growth and change? My three- year period had to be from 1989- 1991. It was during that time my three children were born. I went from Bible College into the business world ( beginning a seven-year period of time in which I truly prepared for the calling I am now walking out). My father passed away suddenly shortly after I bought my first home. So yeah… lots of change and many life lessons I feel I am still processing and learning to apply.
- If you could change one thing about your home, what would you like to change? Nothing I am very happy with the place I live right now. Lots to fix but that’s OK we will get to it.
- If you were given a yacht today, what would you name it? The Foreword to Glory
Here are this week’s photography offerings:
Love the photos and especially love getting to know you a bit better! 😀
Love the waterfalls, just beautiful. God bless.
Those are Doanes Falls in Royalston
I like the name of your yacht…
Thank you Marilou!
Great answers and love the photos!
Jelillie, I especially like your answer to question number 1. In times past, I would have said “of course not! I wouldnt think of cheating. But over the years, I have seen how Satan can work and how I would fail my Lord in ways I never thought I would.
I always try to remember …
1Cor 10:12 “Wherefore let him that thinketh he standeth take heed lest he fall.”
Your answer shows a tremendous amount of wisdom. I really appreciate that. The Lord is blessing you dear brother.
Thanks Rob! May God richly bless you as you serve him. I used your devotion on Hebrews 11:23 for our morning prayer group today. It was awesome!
I love your answers. Those waterfalls are so beautiful. I can hear the water now. One of my favorites sounds is moving water!!
It is very peaceful to sit by those waters if you can escape the bugs! 🙂
I love your answers and photos. My favorite was the analogy about the lobster!!
Thanks so much Kate!
Thanks for sharing.
Reading about the lobster made me stop and think … really hard. Easy to pass judgement when we’re not in hot water…wow.
God bless you!
P.S. … I shall find those falls 🙂
P.S.S – Summer is on the way. That means lobsters in Maine 🙂
I shall send you directions when I send the directions for Port Clyde Lighthouse!
